What does an individual coaching engagement look like?

A coaching engagement typically lasts 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on your goals and pace of change.

  • Exploratory Session – We clarify your goals, uncover what’s most important to you, and begin shaping a vision of where you want to be.

  • Midpoint Check-In – Together we reflect on progress, address barriers, and, if needed, recalibrate your plan to keep momentum going.

  • Forward Planning – We consolidate the shifts you’ve made, equip you with tools to self-coach, and ensure you can sustain growth long after our work concludes.

Coaching services are available globally, online and in-person. Tactical one-off sessions are available for returning clients. Please enquire regarding options.
